I had fun doing this OC
I probably shoulda made her legs more glowy, but eh, I'm too lazy to go back and fix it xD
Now off to go and do homework, like I shoulda been doing in the first place.

EDIT: I realized that the white lettering wasn't working well on all screens, so I altered the color a bit for easier viewing

From the description it sounds like her hooves are translucent, so maybe you could maybe so a bit of the black heart through them? Also, the sprite looks like it is trying to make the radioactive legs more of a blend instead of a sock look. Good work on the butterfly, really pops out with that nice glow.
